Exploring the wines is the highlight of any visit to Stratus. We invite you to sample our vineyard through our seasonal wine flights. A collection of wines by the glass is also available.

This guided tasting experience introduces salient points on the founding principles of the winery – quality, sustainability and design. You will enjoy a comprehensive tasting of four wines accompanied by artisanal cheese and charcuterie.

Food and wine are all about chemistry. Join us for a one-hour journey of how elements such as salt, sugar, acid, fat and protein work to enhance, balance or counterbalance your glass of wine.
