2019 Stratus Pristine Cuvée Cabernet Franc

Cheese Boutique, owned and operated by the Pristine Family over four generations, has been sourcing, ageing and supplying fine cheeses to the Greater Toronto area since 1970.

Pristine Cuvée is a Stratus | Cheese Boutique collaboration that celebrates the passion and craft of artisan cheese and fine wine. Six barrels of Cabernet Franc were thoughtfully selected by Maître Fromager Afrim Pristine and Winemaker J-L Groux. 

The Cheese Boutique and Stratus have pledged $1.00 from the sale of every bottle to the Cheese Boutique Mental Health Promise Fund at St. Joseph's.
