This November, two of Niagara’s Top 40 Under 40 talents, Stratus winemaker Dean Stoyka and Exchange brewmaster Sam Maxbauer, join forces in the Stratus lineage of cool, craft, collabs.
Introducing Beerjolais Nouveau.
Winemaker Dean Stoyka, and his love for Gamay, has leaned into the fun of the age-old tradition in Beaujolais, France - and their release of the first Gamay of the year which takes place the third Thursday of every November. As a first-ever Niagara spin on this historic and cultural event, Beerjolais Nouveau, a witbier fermented with the skins of Stratus Gamay, will launch right here in Niagara a day later on the 21 of November.
The result? A bright, juicy, wine-beer hybrid that celebrates innovation, terroir, and the shared spirit of Niagara craft.
Join the celebration and be the first to raise a glass of Beerjolais Nouveau at The Exchange Brewery on November 21 which coincides with the launch of The Exchange’s delicious new winter menu.
As well as being the first to try this exciting new beer, enjoy a Q&A with these two crafty stars between 6-7 pm.
Join us at The Exchange, 7 Queen St, NOTL and be part of this one-of-a-kind collaboration!
Or at a Taste & Buy at Loop Line Wine & Food, 643 Dupont St, Toronto on Sunday November 23 from 2pm - 5 pm.
