Blessed with mineral-rich soil derived from glacial till, the vineyard is divided into 44 blocks, each with unique characteristics that guide what we plant and where. Pursuing diversity for complexity, the vineyard features a dynamic mix of 16 grape varieties: 10 red and six white, giving our winemakers a lot to work with.
We still tend our grapes by hand. Walking the rows during the growing season and carefully observing every change. To ensure that our grapes get the greatest benefit from our sun and soil, we practice low-yield viticulture. We are committed to quality rather than quantity for wines that are crafted without compromise.
