Join us for an intimate evening devoted to connection, indulgence, and perfect pairings hosted by lovebirds Dean Stoyka, Stratus Winemaker, and Emily De Sousa, Fishery Scientist. 
 
Fat Rabbit brings their thoughtful, sustainable approach to Stratus for a special seafood-forward tasting menu presented with Stratus wines to make hearts flutter. Best known for whole-animal butchery their approach to seafood is guided by the same principles. Responsibly sourced fish and shellfish, seasonality, and full-ingredient use is at the heart. 
 
Whether you’re toasting romance, friendship, or simply your love of exceptional flavours, this limited seating event is not to be missed.
