Tasting notes

Mature and beautifully layered, with aromas of summer honey, beeswax and marmalade accented by candied tropical fruit. The palate is soft and viscous, revealing roasted pear with warming notes of ginger and clove. Bright acidity brings freshness, while toasted and savoury nuances unfold through the finish, with hints of orange rind and umami. Elegant and full-bodied, with impressive depth and complexity.
