2022 Stratus White

First impressions of lemon thyme, candied pear, lemon blossom, freesia, and sage lead to a taught but juicy mid-palate.  As the wine both opens and warms up, a luscious creaminess develops along with textured layers of melted paraffin.  Notes of grapefruit pith, white pepper, clover honey and baked pie crust add intrigue and lead to a long and luscious finish.
